In Episode 2, we meet Kyle Connaughton, owner of the acclaimed 3 Michelin-star restaurant SingleThread, and his wife Katina, who manages the SingleThread Farm in Sonoma County, California. The farm's seasonal produce shapes the dining experience, with practices like composting to improve soil. Both the farm and restaurant prioritize sustainability and community ties. I contributed to both episodes as the creative lead in post-production, where we also created engaging social media content along with the films.
